Cosa è “Still Music”
Da tempo avevo in mente un progetto musicale un pò particolare.
Di solito ad un musicista viene chiesto di comporre musica su delle immagini,
che siano in movimento o fisse.
Ma cosa succederebbe se ad un fotografo venisse chiesto di fotografare
su un brano musicale?
Negli anni ho provato a contattare dei fotografi per rendere concreta quesa mia idea, ma senza fortuna.
Allora ho immaginato di essere un fotografo e, una volta composti i vari brani musicali, ho “fotografato” la musica scegliendo sul web immagini che, nella mia mente,
potessero essere le più consone
alla musica da “fotografare”.
Il risultato è appunto “Still Music”:
si possono “ascoltare” le 25 immagini ed “osservare” altrettanti brani uno dopo l’altro, mediante gli appositi pulsanti.

What is "Still Music"
For some time I had in mind a somewhat particular musical project.
Usually a musician is asked to compose music on images, whether they are moving
or even still.
But what would happen if a photographer were asked to photograph over a piece of music?
Over the years I have tried to contact photographers to make my idea concrete,
but with no luck.
So I imagined I was a photographer and, once I composed the various pieces of music, I "photographed" the music by choosing images on the web that, in my mind, could be the most appropriate to the music to "photograph".
The result is precisely "Still Music":
you can “listen” to the images and “observe” the music tracks one after the other, using the appropriate buttons.
